There were tons of them everywhere. I have lived here all my life and never seen anything like that at the beach. But I didnt get to see all of the other cool things you mentioned. Sounds like you guys had a blast!.https://www.blogger.com/profile/13661196077141134819noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5104402802168136031.post-60710746884275369342009-02-18T15:33:00.000-08:002009-02-18T15:33:00.000-08:00What an awesome evening at the beach. We were vacationing with family in San Diego/Carlsbad this holiday past, and on New Year's Eve we were on a public beach that looks almost EXACTLY like this one...on a day where the weather looked EXACTLY like this! (My crazy 7-year-old son would not stay out of the water...he was so excited about the PACIFIC...he'd only been in the ATLANTIC!)

Wish I remembered the name of where we were...I'm freaking out that we may have been there (or very, very close..the rock promontory looks like one the kids were climbing...scared mom) when you were!

A lovely post to a lovely day, and location! :)Cheryl Lagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03368796775852338505noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5104402802168136031.post-61627268747334540142009-02-18T13:18:00.000-08:002009-02-18T13:18:00.000-08:00The pictures are beautiful! The pictures are beautiful!Alishahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00774816386867888752noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5104402802168136031.post-32443235352291309082009-02-18T12:03:00.000-08:002009-02-18T12:03:00.000-08:00Sharlene, I'm so happy you posted about this spot....Sharlene, I'm so happy you posted about this spot.
