My Busy Kit Giveaway

One of the things I dreaded the most about traveling was trying to keep two toddlers entertained during all those “in between” times. You know, the time in between leaving the house and getting to your destination. Or the time in between arriving at a restaurant and actually getting your food. And lets not forget those dreaded hours spent in the hotel room with my head in between two pillows while my kids are driving me crazy with their antics. And then, one day, a the angel from the post office dropped a cardboard box full of magic on my doorstep. What was in the box you ask? My Busy Kits!!!!!!

My Busy Kits were developed by a mom who chose items to spark a child’s curiosity and keep their interest for a long time. Each kit include toys and activities from four main categories: color and draw, play and pretend, create and construct, and discovery. The kits are small and light weight but pack endless hours of entertainment into a container the size of a lunchbox. There is everything in those incredible little kits from washable markers to a magnifying glass to princess finger puppets to tiny knight action figures.

My kids LOVE them. They REFUSE to go on trips without their kits now. They cry when we have to put them back up in my closet at the end of our trip. We have a trip to Arizona planned for this weekend and you better believe I will NOT be leaving the house without those busy kits! Suddenly, my kids entertain themselves in the hotel room. No more hoping and praying for a decent cartoon to pop up on the limited hotel channels at seven at night. I can actually relax!!!! On vacation!!! What a concept.

My sister has three little boys (under the age of 5) and they are all squirmers but this would be quite the attention keeper on vacation.

I'm always looking for something to keep the kids occupied in the car rather than the DVD!

This would be fantastic for our upcoming trip to AZ! Kids occupied for the six hour drive would be heaven.

I'd love one! My kids would use them when they have to wait for the other's gym class to end. There's nothing like utter boredom waiting in the My Gym lobby. I've also tweeted this. Looking for your FB page and will post there when I do!

Wow! These look really cool. I am constantly trying to find things for my girls to do without resorting to TV. We take lots of trips to California and the "My Busy Kit" looks like it would be awesome.
